Returns and Exchanges for retail purchases may be made within 30 days of your order. Items must be in original package, unused as pretty as you received it, we will cover shipping costs if it is our error (damaged product or wrong product) otherwise you will have to pay return shipping.
Refunds will be applied to your card 1-3 days after product is returned to the warehouse and can take up to 7-10 days to process the return on your credit card.
Exchanges will be shipped to you once the exchanged item is received any change in charges will be made before the new item ships.
When returning your item log into your account and use the “Complete Orders” link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
